HOW TO PRESS:

• SET YOUR TEMPERATURE ON HEAT PRESS TO 300 F (149*C)
• PREHEAT YOUR GARMENT FOR AT LEASE 3 SECONDS TO REMOVE MOISTURE AND WRINKLES. 
• REMOVE CARIER SHEET
• LINE UP YOUR DESIGN ON YOUR GARMENT
• MAKE SURE TO COVER DESIGN WITH TEFLON SHEET TO PREVENT ANY HEAT SCORCHING.
• USE MEDIUM PRESSURE ON HEAT PRESS
• SET TIMER FOR 15-20 SECONDS
• WARM PEEL
